COLLEGE STATION - Texas A&M equestrian senior Kaci Fisher was named the NCEA Shorty's Horsemanship Rider of the Month, the association announced Thursday.
Fisher led the Aggie Horsemanship group to a perfect record in November, sweeping both then-No.3 Georgia and Delaware State. The Abilene, Texas, native held an average score of 74.75 with an average margin of victory at 7.25.
Fisher earned her second and third MOP honors of the season, becoming the first Aggie to earn three Horsemanship MOPs in a season since Laura Brainard in 2013-14.
For her performances in November, Fisher was also tabbed as the SEC Horsemanship Rider of the Month.
The Aggies return to action January 28 at New Mexico State in Las Cruces.
