Birmingham, Ala. - In a continuing effort to recognize the accomplishments of student-athletes beyond the field of competition, the SEC once again highlighted a Community Service Team for women's tennis for the 2016-17 season.
All league-sponsored sports have had a Community Service Team since 2004, with at-large teams for men's and women's sports being chosen from 1999-2003.

Helped instruct young, aspiring tennis players at the LSU women's tennis team's post-match Kids' Clinics this season, teaching children fundamentals of the game and spending time with their families.

Volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank Middle Tennessee with her teammates, supports Vanderbilt Athletics' food/flood drives and was part of Vandy's Soles4Souls service trip delegation, which sent 10 student-athletes to distribute shoes throughout Cuba in July.
