SEC Offensive Player of the Week - South Carolina's Elexa Bahr, a sophomore forward from Buford, Ga., netted her team-leading fourth goal of 2017 in the first half against fourth-ranked Clemson (Sept. 8) to give Carolina a 1-0 victory. Her four goals this season are three more than she had all of last year. Also leads the Gamecocks with two game-winners this season.
SEC Defensive Player of the Week - South Carolina's Mikayla Krzeczowski, a sophomore goalkeeper from Douglasville, Ga., earned a shutout against No. 4 Clemson, totaling five saves in the match. All five of her stops came in the second half. The performance marked her fourth-straight shutout of the season. Two of the clean sheets have come against ranked opponents.
SEC Freshman of the Week - Vanderbilt's Olivia Simmons, a freshman defender from Rockledge, Fla., scored the game-winning goal in the sixth minute while making her first career start against Western Kentucky. She picked up her first career assist on the equalizer goal against Lipscomb in the 70th minute. Less than a minute later, she assisted on the game-winning goal.
