SEC Gymnast of the Week
Alex McMurtry • Florida
Senior • Midlothian, Va.

McMurtry posted the first 10.0s in the nation this season on both vault and balance beam as No. 5 Florida edged top-ranked Oklahoma Friday night at the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. She is the first Gator in school history to earn two 10.0s in a single meet, and now has a school-record career total of nine 10.0s. Following Friday's performance on beam, McMurtry has recorded a perfect mark on each apparatus during her college career, becoming the second Gator and 10th student-athlete in NCAA history to complete the feat.

SEC Specialist of the Week
Sophia Carter • Arkansas
Freshman • Blue Springs, Mo.

Carter guided the Razorbacks to their second highest score in program history against No. 11 Georgia after setting a program record on the balance beam with a score of 9.975 and having the fourth highest floor score in team history with a 9.950. The win against the Bulldogs was just the third in team history. Carter is the only freshman in the SEC to score over a 9.950 on multiple events, making her responsible for two of the three highest scores in the conference among freshmen this season on any event. She is one of two freshmen in the country to score a 9.950 on two events, and the only freshman to score a 9.950 and a 9.975.

SEC Freshman of the Week
Alyssa Baumann • Florida
Freshman • Dallas, Texas

Baumann scored a 9.925 on floor in the final routine of the meet to help No. 5 Florida clinch the win over top-ranked Oklahoma Friday night at the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. She also scored a 9.975 on beam, the second freshman at Florida to post a nearly-perfect mark in the event (Bridget Sloan in 2013).
