SEC Gymnast of the Week
Myia Hambrick • LSU

Hambrick won three titles on Friday night to lead the Tigers to a win over No. 6 Kentucky, their third top-10 win of the season. She set a career high in the all-around with a score of 39.700 and tied her career high on floor with her second-straight score of 9.975. Hambrick has won all five floor event titles this season with a score of 9.95 or better in every performance. The nation's top performer on floor, she is the only gymnast in the country to score at least a 9.95 or better in at least four meets and one of two to score at least a 9.90 in at least four meets. Hambrick is seventh in the nation with an all-around score and second in the SEC behind teammate Sarah Finnegan.
SEC Specialist of the Week
Kiana Winston • Alabama
Senior • Fort Worth, Texas
Winston scored a meet-best 9.95 on the floor exercise to help clinch No. 10 Alabama's win over No. 8 Arkansas in Tuscaloosa Friday. Her score paced the Crimson Tide to a season-best 49.400 on the floor exercise and a season-best 197.000 overall. Winston also won the uneven bars with a 9.900 to lead the Tide to a 49.325 on that event.
SEC Freshman of the Week
Sarah Shaffer • Arkansas
Redshirt Freshman • Tyler, Texas
Shaffer scored two 9.900s on the final two events at No. 10 Alabama to lead Arkansas with the two highest scores and help secure its highest road score of the season. It is the second straight 9.900 on floor for Shaffer, as she tied or set career highs in the final two events. She finished first in the all-around and was the only underclassman in the SEC to score a 9.900 on the road this past weekend.
