  • 2002-2003 SEC Women's Basketball Conference Schedule

    BIRMINGHAM, ALA. -- Five national telecasts among a 25-game schedule highlight the 2002-2003 Southeastern Conference Women's Basketball television package, released today by conference officials. The television schedule includes two games on ESPN, one on ESPN2, and two on CBS. In addition, 20 games will be featured this year on the league's regional sports network, SEC-TV (FOX Sports Net South, FOX Sports Net Southwest, Sunshine Network).

    The flagship of the SEC package is "SEC-TV Weekly," which airs Thursday nights at 6:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m CT throughout the year. This Emmy Award-winning show features in-depth highlights and interviews with student-athletes and coaches from across the conference. The live, half-hour show originates from FSN's Atlanta studio.

    The 2003 SEC Women's Basketball Tournament will once again enjoy live television coverage. SEC-TV will broadcast all first round, second round and semifinal games. The championship game will be televised on ESPN2 at 4 p.m. (ET).
