Player of the Week: Ole Miss' Crystal Allen scored a career-high 34 points vs. North Florida, the most points scored by any SEC player this season. She shot 11-of-17 from the field and 9-of-15 from three, the second-most threes in school history and the most by anyone in the SEC this year by two. She set the women's Pavilion records in both points and three-pointers, while her nine three-pointers rank tied for the third-most in a single game in the NCAA this season. She hit five of her nine threes in the first quarter alone. She had the highest scoring output by a Rebel since Torri Lewis scored 36 vs. New Orleans on Dec. 14, 2015, the same game she set the Ole Miss three-pointer record with 10 treys (still tied for third-most in NCAA history). She currently ranks second in the SEC at 18.2 PPG and leads the conference in total threes made (42). She also ranks within the SEC top-10 in threes per game (second, 3.0/game), minutes (third, 34.8/game), three-point percentage (fifth, .408) and free throw percentage (seventh, .796). She ranks 11th nationally in both total points (255) and threes made (42) and is on pace to make 90 three-pointers by season's end, which would rank as the second-best in a single season ever at Ole Miss.

Freshman of the Week: Auburn's Brooke Moore led the Tigers with a career-high 23 points in an 83-50 win over Alabama State on Dec. 29. Her 23 points marked the highest scoring total for an Auburn player so far this season. Moore set a career-high with five made 3-pointers, tying fellow freshman Robyn Benton for the most in a game by an Auburn player this season, while playing a season-best 23 minutes She also closed out the first half with a half-court shot to give the Tigers a 37-20 lead at the break. She missed the team's first five games of the season with injury, but is averaging 9.6 points off the bench in seven games played since coming back. Moore has made nine 3-pointers in her last two games - 4 at Elon on Dec. 22; 5 vs. Alabama State on Dec. 29 - and has 17 in seven games so far.
