Men's Runner of the Week: Terrance Laird, LSU
LSU's Terrance Laird ran an NCAA-leading and world leading time of 20.41 in the 200 meters at the Tyson Invitational on Saturday to win the event title with a personal best time. The mark ranks as the second fastest in LSU history behind Xavier Carter's school record of 20.30.

Women's Co-Runner of the Week: Abby Steiner, Kentucky
Abby Steiner lowered her nation's best time and broke her own school record at the Tiger Paw Invitational, blazing 22.52 in the 200m dash. That mark ties for 10th in NCAA history and broke the facility record at the Clemson Indoor Complex. She also reset her personal best in the 60m dash at 7.21 seconds, the nation's sixth-best time this season and fifth in Kentucky history.

Women's Co-Runner of the Week: Grace Stark, Florida
Florida's Grace Stark posted her best performance this season at this year's Tyson Invitational, logging an NCAA-leading time of 7.96 seconds in the 60mH. Her season-best time ranks tied for 11th in the world.

Ole Miss' Shey Taiwo set the NCAA lead in the women's weight throw at a new three-inch career-best of 22.79m (74-09.25), the second-best throw in Ole Miss history. It was set on her first throw of competition at Vanderbilt's Music City Challenge, where she was the only thrower in competition to eclipse 22 meters, and she did so on three of her four legal throws.

Men's Freshman of the Week: Sean Dixon-Bodie, LSU
