SEC Women's Tennis Weekly Honors - Feb. 17, 2021

Player of the Week: Georgia's Katarina Jokic defeated her third-straight top-10 doubles opponents after taking down No. 5 Kenya Jones and Victoria Flores. This is the second time she has defeated a top-10 foe with true-freshman partner Ariana Arseneault. The duo took down No. 7 Petra Hule and Victoria Allen of Florida State, 6-4. Jokic defeated No. 3 Alexa Graham and Sara Daavettila with partner sophomore Ania Hertel as the No. 10 ranked duo themselves. In singles, she defeated her third-straight top-30 opponent, taking down No. 13 Jones in straight sets 6-2, 6-3.

Co-Freshman of the Week: Ole Miss' Reka Zadori defeated North Alabama's Kalais Going 6-1, 6-1. Her second match versus UNA's Lee-Taylor Bishop was stopped short due to the Rebels clinching the match 4-0. Zadori was leading 3-1 up one set on Bishop. Prior to the match, Going had won six of her previous nine dual singles matches and was 2-2 this season. Zadori earned her second career dual victory in strong fashion helping to secure a 7-0 sweep for Ole Miss.

Mississippi State's Chloé Cirotte defeated Charlotte Russell of Tulane 6-4, 6-4 to keep MSU perfect (8-0) and help the team match their best start in program history. Cirotte owns a perfect 7-0 record in singles dual matches in her first season in Starkville. In five of her seven singles outings this spring, Cirotte has limited her foe to just three games or less. The rookie is 8-1 in singles matches overall thus far in her MSU career.
