He started the week with 26 points and seven rebounds against Liberty. Days recorded his first double-double of the season in just 21 minutes against McNeese, giving him 17 for the season, leading all active players in the SEC in career double doubles, He is shooting 58.5 percent from the field and 58.6 percent from three-point range.
SEC Freshman of the Week - Kentucky guard TyTy Washington Jr., a 6-foot-3, 197-pound freshman from Phoenix, Ariz., averaged 18.0 points, 7.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game in wins over Mt. Saint Mary's and Ohio. Washington broke out against the Bobcats, scoring a career-high 20 points and grabbed a career-best 12 rebounds for his first-career double-double. He also had a team-leading five assists.
