FanFest to be held at SEC Baseball Tournament
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- For the first time the Southeastern Conference Baseball Tournament will feature an indoor SEC FanFest adjacent to the Hoover Met at the newly constructed Finley Center.
SEC FanFest will include inflatable games for kids, video simulators, a zip line and miniature golf course among other attractions. It will be held at the Finley Center, which is located outside the first base side of the Hoover Met.
Admission to FanFest is free, and fans attending the baseball games at the Hoover Met can come and go as they please. FanFest opens at 8:30 a.m. CT Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 1 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. on Saturday and noon on Sunday.
FanFest will also feature a sports bar and live entertainment, and fans will have the opportunity to ride a Ferris wheel for an additional charge.
The Finley Center, a 155,000 square foot entertainment facility, is the first phase of an $80 million Hoover Metropolitan Complex that will later include outdoor fields and event space.
The 2017 SEC Baseball Tournament will take place May 23-28 at the Hoover Met.

Tuesday, May 23: 8:30 a.m. to 7th inning of final game
Wednesday, May 24: 8:30 a.m. to 7th inning of final game
Thursday, May 25: 8:30 a.m. to 7th inning of final game
Friday, May 26: 1 p.m. to midnight
Saturday, May 27: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday, May 28: Noon to end of championship game
