Men's Runner of the Week: Vincent Kiprop, Alabama
Alabama's Vincent Kiprop took home the Joe Piane Notre Dame individual crown Friday afternoon at the Burke Golf Course, finishing first overall with a mark of 23:09.88 in the men's Blue Division 5-mile. Friday's meet marked a new school-best and meet record from Kiprop's performance. He posted a personal-best by 15 seconds.

Men's Co-Freshman of the Week: Nicholas Yanek, Georgia
Georgia's Nicholas Yanek ran his third cross race as a Bulldog and was the team's top finisher for the third straight competition at the 8k Paul Short Run. He finished in a season-best time of 24:02.6 and was the third overall freshman to finish and first from the SEC.

Men's Co-Freshman of the Week: Davis Bove, LSU
LSU's Davis Bove was the second runner for LSU to finish and placed 12th at the Joe Piane Invitational with a time of 24:38.20. He was also the second freshman overall to finish.

Women's Runner of the Week: Taylor Werner, Arkansas
Arkansas' Taylor Werner made it 2-for-2 on the season capturing the individual title at the Chile Pepper on her home course. Werner finished the 5k in 15:45.40 and led a squad that placed four Razorbacks in the top-five. Werner broke the course record, marking the second-straight week that Werner has both won a meet and broken a course record.

Women's Freshman of the Week: Allison Wilson, Alabama
Alabama's Allison Wilson was the Crimson Tide's second finisher at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 17:17.52. In a stacked field, she crossed the finish line first among all SEC freshmen.
