OFFENSIVE
Chris Rodriguez Jr., RB, Kentucky

  • Had 27 rushes for 206 yards - both career highs - and also had two rushing touchdowns
  • Caught a five-yard touchdown pass, finishing the game with three total TDs
  • Became the eighth player in school history to rush for at least 200 yards in a game and it is the most ever for a Wildcat in an SEC opener
  • Two weeks into the season, he leads the SEC in rushing with 165.5 yards per game
  • Helped lead Kentucky to a 35-28 win over Missouri

Stetson Bennett, QB, Georgia

  • In his sixth career start and first since game six of last year, Bennett torched UAB to tie a school record with five touchdown passes (all in the opening half) after going 10-for-12 for 288 yards
  • Bennett started his day 5-for-5 with four scoring strikes of 73, 12, 89 and 61 yards as the Bulldogs jumped out to a 35-0 halftime edge
  • His scoring pass to freshman tight end Brock Bowers for 89 yards was the ninth-longest passing play in Georgia history
  • Bennett finished the game with a monstrous pass efficiency rating of 422.4



DEFENSIVE
Hayden Henry, LB, Arkansas

  • Made a career-high 15 tackles in Arkansas' win over No. 15 Texas and added 2.5 tackles for loss.
  • Named Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week.
  • Part of a defense that shutout Texas in the first half for the first time since Iowa State did so in 2015. As a team, limited Texas to under 120 passing yards in a game for the first time since 2015.
  • The Arkansas-native helped the Razorbacks earn the No. 20 spot in this week's AP Poll, the first time the program has been ranked since 2016.


SPECIAL TEAMS
Parker White, PK, South Carolina

  • White connected on a 39-yard game-tying field goal with 6:46 remaining in the contest, then converted a 36-yard field goal as time expired to lift the Gamecocks to a 20-17 come-from-behind win over East Carolina.
  • White's game-winner was the sixth of his career in the 4th quarter or later.

Joseph Bulovas, PK, Vanderbilt

  • Made a 38-yard FG with 18 seconds left to lift Vanderbilt to a 24-21 victory at Colorado State.
  • The senior was also 3-for-3 on point-after attempts.
  • The kick gave Vanderbilt its first road win since the 2018 season.



DEFENSIVE LINE
Jayden Peevy, DL, Texas A&M

  • The super senior from Bellaire, Texas, was second on the team with seven stops up front including five solo tackles.
  • He had two tackles for losses of six yards and broke up one pass. He also intercepted a pass in the first quarter.
  • The Aggie defense would come up with a goal-line stand in the second quarter after Colorado reached the five-yard lined and faced a third-and-two.
  • The defense allowed one yard on third down but stuffed the fourth-down attempt with Peevy being involved on the stop on both third and fourth downs.


OFFENSIVE LINE
Charles Cross, Mississippi State

  • Cross played 65 offensive snaps, including 51 in pass protection at left tackle.
  • Led MSU's offensive line with a 73.6 overall grade from PFF. His 88.8 pass-blocking grade also led the team and ranked third in the SEC on the week.
  • He did not allow a single pressure in the Bulldogs' win over Power 5 opponent NC State.

FRESHMAN
Cam Little, PK Arkansas

  • Went 4-for-4 on field goals and 4-for-4 on PATs in Arkansas' win over No. 15 Texas.
  • First Arkansas kicker to make four field goals in a game since 2018 and the first freshman to do so since 2007.
  • Tied for third in single-game school history with four made field goals.
  • First Arkansas kicker to make four field goals and four PATs in a game since 2007.
