SEC Player of the Week - Natalie Hayward, Tennessee
SEC Co-Offensive Players of the Week - Auburn's Rebekah Rath, a junior outside hitter from Altamonte Springs, Fla., averaged 6.17 points, 5.44 kills and 2.11 digs per set over two matches at Arkansas this past weekend. Rath tallied 29 kills in game one against the Razorbacks, the second most ever recorded by a Tiger during the rally scoring era.
LSU's Kylie Deberg, a graduate student outside hitter from Hudson, Iowa, averaged 5.36 points, 4.82 kills and 1.64 digs per set and hit .233 in a 2-1 week for the Tigers. In Sunday's win over No. 20 Florida, Deberg recorded 21 kills, 11 digs, four total blocks and two aces.
SEC Co-Defensive Players of the Week - Kentucky's Azhani Tealer, a junior middle blocker from Grand Prairie, Texas, averaged 2.00 blocks per set over two matches this past week. Tealer had a career-high 10 blocks in Kentucky's win over Mississippi State and added 12 kills for her first career double-double.
LSU's Raigen Cianciulli, a graduate student libero from Spring, Texas, posted 67 digs over three matches for the Tigers, good for 6.09 digs per set on the week. Cianciulli has logged 20 or more digs in seven of the last eight matches, including her two performances against No. 20 Florida (25 and 26 digs, respectively).
SEC Setter of the Week - Tennessee's Natalie Hayward, a senior from Bothwell, Wash., averaged 11.14 assists per set and led the Lady Vols' offense to record a .329 hitting percentage in the series sweep at South Carolina. In match one, Hayward dished out 44 assists as UT hit .295, and followed that in match with 34 assists as Tennessee hit .376. She also put down nine kills on a .467 hit percentage, and finished with 12 digs four total blocks on the weekend.
SEC Freshman of the Week - LSU's Ella Larkin, a setter from Maize, Kan., averaged 9.00 assists per set and directed the Tigers' offense to a .268 hitting percentage this past week. Larkin also recorded 3.50 digs per set with nine kills on 14 errorless swings (.643) over 10 sets. In Sunday's win over No. 20 Florida, she logged in 41 assists, 19 digs and six kills.
