Player of the Week: Tennessee's Eleonora Molinaro won the match-clinching point at Wake Forest in a dominant 3rd-set performance, winning the last five games of the set, by way of three breaks of Brooke Killingsworth. Her clutch performance came as the five other matches had ended, that match would be the deciding factor in the outcome, but her poise led Tennessee to its second road victory of the weekend. In Friday's match against Charlotte, Molinaro, alongside her teammate Esther Adeshina, secured the doubles point for the Big Orange, besting Rocio Safont and Lucie Petruzelova, 6-2. The doubles point momentum continued to singles, where she bested Emma Wilkins for the 3rd UT point in a 4-0 sweep on the road.

Freshman of the Week: Tennessee's Elza Tomase played in her first collegiate dual matches over the weekend, both coming on the road and winning both singles matches. The Latvia native is up to 20 singles wins on the season after defeating #58 Casie Wooten on Sunday. She owns three wins over ranked opponents. She has also gotten it done on the doubles court as she also leads the team in victories in that category, with 14. Prior to Sunday's close 4-6 loss on the road, she had won 10 of her last 11 doubles bouts including a 6-1 win over the Charlotte duo of Schech/Sawhney.
