D'Moi Hodge, Missouri
Hodge, a 6-foot-4, 180-pound graduate student from Tortola, British Virgin Islands, averaged 24.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and, 5.0 steals in wins over SIU Edwardsville and Mississippi Valley State. His 30 points in the win over SIU Edwardsville are the most by a Tiger this season, while also registering a season-best and team-leading seven boards. Also anchored the team's defense with 10 total steals, including six in the win over Mississippi Valley State. His six steals are the most by a Tiger since Dru Smith also had six against Florida on March 3, 2021.
SEC Freshman of the Week
Brandon Miller, Alabama
Miller, 6-foot-9, 200-pound freshman from Antioch, Tenn., averaged 23.5 points and 8.0 rebounds in wins over South Alabama and Jacksonville State. He scored 28 points on 9-of-12 shooting from the field, including 7-of-9 (.778) from 3-point range, while gathering eight rebounds and three assists.
